Annual Meeting

Please note that we are going back to our previous annual meeting location @ St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.

To expedite conducting business, all owners are asked to send their proxy vote to Melinda Thompson in advance of the meeting. (If you are able to participate in the meeting, your proxy will be returned to you upon arrival.)

Electronic proxies must be completed on a laptop in order to provide an electronic signature.  Note that owners may also complete a hard copy of the proxy and e-mail it to Melinda Thompson (mthompson@landmark-property.com) or deliver it to Dennis’s mailbox on site.
